These are for Oticon Intent 100dB Receivers/Speakers. These will Not fit the 60dB or 85dB speakers. They are the retention tails that secure the speaker and dome in your ear and keep the hearing aid speaker from migrating out of your ear when you talk or chew. They can be trimmed to fit smaller ears.
